Kapp and Kappy Bed & Breakfast is located in historic downtown Kissimmee, we are only 25 min. from Walt Disney World, 30 min. from downtown Orlando and 1.3 hours from Atlantic Ocean beaches. Tom and Christi Kapp are your innkeepers and Kappy was the nickname of the person who lived in this home (on & off) for 65 years. We are walking distance to antique malls, restaurants, boutiques, Lake Toho and the Osceola County Courthouse. It is a short drive to Osceola Regional Medical Center, Florida Hospital, Kissimmee Gateway Airport, the Advanced Sensor Manufacturing Center, Valencia College, and Osceola's Heritage Park.
